Who are we?

Neegtaar is a real estate advertising site specializing in the rental and sale of houses and apartments.

Created in 2006, Neegtaar has built, sold, and hosted individuals, national and international organizations in its apartments, ensuring their total satisfaction.

Since 2015, Neegtaar has reoriented itself exclusively to the construction and sale of high-end houses whose owners can customize certain sections such as the kitchen, bathrooms, sanitary equipment, and household electrical equipment (for homes furnished), internal and external painting.

The structure of the building is not customizable unless the future owner requests it before the start of construction.

SPECIAL SALES CONDITIONS

Neegtaar recognizes that those investing in the purchase will need sufficient collateral to financially and legally secure their investment.

Neegtaar provides all the legal land papers, building plan (including electrical, plumbing, and foundation plan), building permit and title deed to the new buyer, and a 5-year warranty to the new owner.

The idea of the warranty period is to give the new owner sufficient time to carry out any other checks desired and to observe the behavior of the acquired building.

Neegtaar bears full responsibility if any administrative, land, or structural problem with the building’s structure arises during the five years following the date of sale.

These terms will appear explicitly in the sales contract.
